Scholarship committee chairman Rich Blum said the quality of the applicants was exceptional, making it difficult to select those to be interviewed and ultimately receive the scholarships.
The NRCA was able to fund three scholarships this year. However, it is working with another source to award a fourth scholarship in the NRCA’s name.
