Diller-Odell graduate signs to play volleyball at SCC

Erin Saathoff, a recent graduate of Diller-Odell High School, signed a letter of intent to play volleyball at Southeast Community College beginning this fall.

Saathoff is the daughter of Randy and Becky Saathoff. She played for coaches Amanda Hansel, Amber Gill and Corinna Vrbka.

Saathoff helped the Lady Griffins to a 16-13 record her senior season. She had 161 kills, averaging 2.1 per set. She also had 25 ace serves, 11 blocks and 319 digs.

Saathoff says her biggest strengths are hitting, her jump serve, her ability to play all around the court, and her competitive nature.

She plans to play outside hitter for the Storm.
